今晚來一客意式晚餐吧~雞肉蘑菇闊條麵,30分鐘便完成4人份了!

意大利麵家族成員繁多,其中極受歡迎的一員當然是闊條麵~外形像長長的闊絲帶,煙靭有咬口,與很多肉類和醬汁都搭配,包括雞肉與蘑菇~用來做晚餐方便又美味,15分鐘便可完成4人份,滿足全家人的欲望!

【材料】

闊條麵 4人份
雞胸肉 8安士
蘑菇 適量
蒜頭 3瓣
芫荽 少許
雞湯 400毫升
淡奶 150毫升
中筋麵粉 2湯匙
黑胡椒 少許
巴馬臣芝士 適量
鮮忌廉 4湯匙
鹽 少許

 

【步驟】

  1. 雞胸肉洗淨,拭乾水。蘑菇洗淨,切片。蒜瓣切成碎粒。芫荽洗淨,切碎。
  2. 注水入鍋,開中火,水沸後放少許鹽,拌勻,放入闊條麵煮8分鐘,期間不時攪拌,以免闊條麵黏在一起,之後撈起瀝乾水備用。
  3. 倒油入平底鍋,開中火,油熱後放入雞肉,每面煎3分鐘,出鍋,稍稍瀝油後,切成小塊,備用。
  4. 將蘑菇和蒜粒放入鍋中,以小火煮1分鐘後,加入麵粉,快速拌勻,再倒入雞湯和淡奶,轉小火,蓋上蓋子燜煮3分鐘,期間不時揭開蓋子攪拌。
  5. 揭開鍋蓋,放入芝士、鮮忌廉和黑胡椒,拌勻。
  6. 放入雞肉和闊條麵,煮2分鐘,上碟,撒上芫荽碎即可。
